This was a fabulous show , warm inviting and a wonderful terrier spirit all round. I was delighted with my quality entry and as always thankful for exhibitors for choosing to enter under me. On the whole exhibits were presented in good condition, well groomed and handled. Wheatens have come such a long way since I first exhibited.

Puppy Class 97

1.Satherley, Mr C W & Mrs CL, Silkcroft Wildest Dreams 10 months

Balanced compact Bitch, Nice clear Wheaten Coat. Good Reach of neck, correct bite, deep chest, plenty behind. Short Coupled . Correct Tailset and carriage. Moved out with correct reach and drive for one so young. Held her top line on the move.

2.Barrett Mrs S P & Mr NJ, Saffini the Sweetest Taboo 9 months

Was quite taken with this pretty bitch. Lovely square balanced outline, standing four square, excellent Bite, good dentition . Good topline, Coat is a good clear Wheaten, plenty of colour, and texture good for age. Good presentation and well handled. Pushed winner hard.

Junior Class 98

1.Satherley, Mr C W & Mrs CL, Silkcroft Shake it Off

Stunning All Male, nice clear wheaten coat. Perfectly balanced, excellent bite, flat skull, square muzzle, good reach of neck going into straight topline. Deep Chest, Correct tail set and carriage, plenty behind. Short coupled. Moved out with reach and drive. He outmoved his litter sister in the challenge, A star in the making, one to watch. BP and RBOB

2.Banbury Mr and Mrs P , Eblanahalls Yippee Ki Yay of Somersisle

Good pigment, deep chest, straight topline. Bravo to his novice handler for presentation and ring handling.

Post Graduate Class 99

1.Black & White, Ms S & Mr C, Celtannia Madame X

Good Head and earset , square muzzle, Excellent Bite and Dentition, Deep Chest, good pigment. Coat of good clear Wheaten colour and falling in soft waves. Moved out well with reach and drive .

2.Hookway and Mason, Ms E & Mr W, Denzilly Golden Compass

Loved his big black nose, good Wheaten colour and pigment, good dentition with correct bite, deep chest , up to size boy.

Open Class 100

Clarke , Mrs P & Mr J, Flaxela Perfect Storm

Stunning for one so young (20 m) with everything in the right place. Although I have admired him from afar, he was pure joy to go over. Flat skull , perfect bite with big teeth, Strong muzzle, excellent reach of neck and straight front. Carried his tail on top and held his topline on the move. Well muscled good bend of stifle. Beautifully groomed and handled . BOB . Delighted to see he was shortlisted in the group.

2.Mrs Lui, L V, Eblanahalls Honeytrap JW

Feminine little bitch, Good Pigment, Correct Scissor bite , straight front, good topline. Wonderful Deep chest with good spring of rib. Short coupled . Held her tail on top as she moved out. Really liked her front movement which on the day was better than her mothers.
