junior 1st evans pendevour phlashdance good all round make and shape, nice outgoing nature and shows herself off naturally without being stacked, had the more disctinct outline of the class, still quite young but silky coat coming through, very good presentation and fairly well muscled, rectangular in body with a decent ribcage, head feminine and in proportion with dark eyes, correct bite and lovely big white teeth.strongly built but retains elegance.moves straight and true with plenty of vigour.showed the best in the class but decided it was playtime in the challenge.rbob 2nd burrows pendevour pierrot very similar to first, same type, many of the same comments apply, perhaps not so outgoing as 1,but showed and moved steady, didnt cope with the flooring quite as well.but movment couldnt be faulted.appealed greatly for size, nicely presented with correct coat texture.presents a pleasing outline, well muscled quarters, cylindrical body and a lovely neck, straight front, larger front feet.head is also good with dark eyes, correct bite and neat ears.on another day could easily change places. post grad 1st burrows rossau poet, not the most obvious winner if im honest but steady and pleasing showman, obviously enjoys showing so thats the hard part done.a good honest dog which isnt meant as a negative.would like a little more body shape and elegance.his coat is well presented but not of the right texture, has a balanced outline and of strong build.showed and moved the best all ways.could have a little more obvious rise but liked his neck and character.he has a good bite and in general his head is good but perhaps a little short. 2nd hammonds oneva elegant thought he was my winner on first glance, but really didnt like the venue, noise,or the flooring.wasnt keen on being handled on the table but was more nervous than anything.i was just willing him to move in a positive manner but unfortunately it didnt happen.im sure he would do more winning if he gains more confidence, otherwise i did like his elegance and general outline, lovely silky coat with good presentation.he is obviously a male and has a masculine head with correct bite and dark eyes and had probably the best muscletone here, loved his arched neck which he uses well.a nice dog otherwise.perhaps going back to ringtraining would help? open 1st taylors,fr ch duffy du champ d'eole avec polede,a surprise winner for me as i have always thought he was a bit long, but he couldnt be beaten today on showmanship and movement,he just came alive when he went round the ring, this continued in the challenge.handler shows him well letting him move on a loose lead.he is all male and strongly built all through with well muscled quarters, and tight at elbows.thought his head was in proportion with correct bite and fairly dark eyes, uses his ears nicely as well.coat texture wasnt as silky as i would like but was presented well.had to beat some stiff competition.bob 2nd burrows pendevour pascal,on first glance i thought he was my winner but didnt show as well as first.appealed for size and shape but coat is still very dark for his age although of good texture.he is a good sound mover, just wished he had put a bit more effort into the job in hand.still he is of good type and a nice outline and rise over loin.head is good but perhaps not as masculine as first.comments of junior winner could be applied here also. another day, another venue result could of been different, but your judging the dog on the day.a quality class. bp rusbys rylandson zeleny hora at placido, sweet baby, moves ans shows so well for her age, wasnt bothered by any of the noise unlike some others, good alround shape.presented in good order, shows promise.shortlisted in the puppy group well done. |
